Jennifer's Vessels

Sees Thru Trees believes in quality over quantity. Class sizes are small as we focus on individuality as much as technique.

Before and After

These are hand built and wheel thrown vessels.

Correction. At the end of the video I misspoke. Grog is not magnese speckles. Grog is bisque fired clay that has been ground down and put into unfired clay to give it stability and structure for certain hand building techniques. Some clays also have speckles which are made from some kind of metal like magnese or copper and they are what give the final glaze results additional depth and character. Some clays have neither grog or speckles and this is they clay we have our students work with most often in the studio.

New Favorite Glaze

There's over 200 glaze colours in studio but it's impossible to resist some of the new colours they keep producing!
